If you need technical support, please e-mail us at help@bodoworks.com. We try to respond to all support requests within 24 hours (but usually much sooner). Our official support hours are:

In order for us to help you as quickly as possible please provide the following details:
Steps in re-creating the problem (including screenshots)
Your system details (Browser, OS, screen resolution etc)
